My Journey from Fearing Wheelchair to Becoming a Warrior

How Meipadam & Karlakattai Saved Me:

I used to be a successful IT professional, but my life took a big turn when I started feeling sick.

I had numbness, tingling, headaches, and fatigue.

I went to many doctors, but they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. They even told me I might have a disease called Multiple Sclerosis.

Before all this happened,

I was working in IT and had taken a break to move to the UAE with my family.

However, after the move, I started experiencing these strange symptoms.

I was only in my late 20s, and I was terrified of what my future held.

I was very scared and worried.

I didn’t know what was happening to me.

But I knew I had to do something to get better.

So, I started looking for alternative ways to heal.

That’s when I found a special kind of exercise called Meipadam and Karlakattai.

With the help of my coach and teacher, I started practising Meipadam and Karlakattai.

It was hard at first, but I kept going. And guess what?

I started feeling better.

My symptoms went away, and I had more energy.

As a
Internationally certified trainer in Meipadam and Karlakattai, I’ve helped many people achieve their health and wellness goals.

So, I decided to share my story with others and teach them about
